How do I submit a facilities work request?

Each department or office has a designated administrator with access to Archibus to coordinate workflow. If you need to submit a work request, please reach out to your department or office’s designated administrator for assistance.

Sign in to Archibus using your CUNY Login. Contact the Office of Facilities at [email protected] for assistance or to request access to submit work requests. You can also use BC Fix-It in BC Navigator to report non-emergency bathroom issues.

EMERGENCIES: Call x5885 in case of an emergency (e.g. active water leak, fume, gas, smoke, fire, heating, cold, electrical, and lighting outage).

I am logged out after signing in to Archibus.
If you are able to sign in but are automatically logged out, it’s likely that you don’t have access to submit work requests. Please contact the Office of Facilities at [email protected] to request access.
